Challenge Ladder Info

WE are in the process of changing systems, I have already set up Varsity and JV1.  Now we will be collecting JV2/3 emails to get their ladder up and running.  

Players will be receiving an email with the subject Rockwall High School ladder- they will need to click on reset password as they do not have one yet.  Their username will be their email address.  

This system has the rules of the challenge process on it and is very easy to use.  Once players set their log in they may start challenging.  Players need to make sure that they are checking their emails to make sure that they can see when they are being challenged.  If you are challenging someone you may also tell the person being challenged that you have sent them an email.

I also see when all challenges have been issued time and date.  

This is a great system and can't wait to get it up and running for the players.
