Pullen Artists Paint LEAD

Dorthy Smith Pullen Elementary is a Leader in Me school and will be hosting visiting schools from around the Metroplex on February 2nd to visit and observe. Amy Efeney, Pullen Art Teacher, cut out 4’ X 8’ panels in shapes to form the word LEAD, and  she had her sixth grade girls drip paint the forms in the style of Jackson Pollock, contemporary American artist. The colors are purple, white and black and the art will hang in the Pullen Café in perpetuity to symbolize the campus-wide commitment to building leadership.
