I am Associate Band Director at Williams Middle School and Brass teacher at Hamm, Hays, Nebbie, Dorris Cullins Lake-Pointe and Hartman Elementary schools. I’m super excited about what we will learn and the connections we will make while sharing my passion of instrumental music.

i graduated from East Texas State University with a BMEd, and returned under Texas A&M University-Commerce earning a MS Ed.. This is my 31st year in public education, where i have worked in both middle school and high school levels. Bands under my direction have earned Best in Class, Superior and Sweepstakes UIL ratings as well as advancing to Area & State level UIL contest.

I love teaching as it is my opportunity to share my passion of music with all those who enroll in my class.  Hobbies include working on the landscape in my yard, photography, movies, cooking and traveling. I’m excited to get to know more about you this year!
