Rockwall ISD believes in providing
comprehensive employee benefits that value the employees of our
district. Here is a summary of the benefits Rockwall ISD employees
enjoy: As an Employee of Rockwall Independent School
District:

RISD pays 100% of the employee’s Choice Plus
health insurance premium.

RISD pays the premium for a $15,000 term life
insurance policy.

RISD offers a Flexible Benefit Plan to obtain
benefits under IRS Section 125 Cafeteria Plan.

RISD offers a voluntary 457 Savings Plan for all
employees through Security Benefit, and a voluntary 403B Savings
Plan administered by NPA.

For employees choosing NOT to enroll in the District’s Health
Insurance program: RISD will pay, directly to the employee, up to $350 of verified
out-of-pocket medical expenses.

RISD offers additional voluntary policies at
the employee's expense, including Vision, Dental, Disability, Cancer,
and additional term life.
