    Linda Duran has lived in Rockwall for most of her life and graduated from Rockwall High School, as did all three of her children. She received her BA from the University of Texas at Austin and her MA in Counseling from The University of Texas Permian Basin. A retired educator who worked for Rockwall ISD for 23 years, Mrs. Duran now works as a Consultant and Trainer for The National Institute for Trauma and Loss in Children where she conducts trauma training throughout the United States. Additionally, she is an instructor of Social Psychology for KD College in Dallas, Texas. Community Involvement:
