Foreign Exchange Information

Foreign Exchange Information: Organizations wishing to place foreign exchange students must follow all laws governing foreign exchange students and all procedures for foreign exchange students for Rockwall Independent School District. Please carefully review all information regarding the placement of a foreign exchange student in the Rockwall Independent School District.   We are now  accepting applications for the 2024-25 school year.  Our waiver allows us to accept 5 exchange students for each Rockwall ISD high school main campus.
