    Tina Hughes, Librarian

    A Little About Me:
I am so happy to be the Hartman librarian. I have dreamed of being a librarian since I was a library aide in middle school. I never wanted to leave the library back then, and now I don't have to! :-) I have been an educator in Rockwall ISD my entire career, which is 24 years already. My husband, Jimmy Hughes, took a coaching job at Williams Middle School way back in 1989 which is what brought us to Rockwall. He is a retired principal, teacher, and coach. We have two grown sons, Justin and Jordan, and a daughter,Taylor, who is in 9th grade at Rockwall High School. We also have two daughters-in-law, Amber and Reagan, and five very adorable grandkids, Jensen, Gentry, Garrity, Olivia, and Jase. I love spending time together as a family and then when they all get busy, that's when I throw myself into a good book.
