Mission Statement:
Rockwall ISD is committed to preparing students for life in a society that is becoming more dependent of the use of technology in higher education, business, and industry. Teachers work with Instructional Technology Specialists who assist them in the development of engaging, hands-on activities that provide students with experiences that integrate the use of technology into the core curriculum. Instructional Technology Specialists are certified teachers who have an expertise in the use of technology to support student learning. They share effective practices and provide ongoing, sustained professional development in the use of existing and emerging technologies as tools for life-long learning.
