Guidance and Counseling

Mission Statement Rockwall ISD counselors know we must touch the hearts of students before we can teach their minds.  The primary responsibility of a school counselor is to counsel students to fully develop each student's academic, college and career and social abilities.   Counselors will participate in planning and implementing programs and serve as advocates for all students.  School counselors are committed to ensuring that students acquire the attitudes, skills and knowledge that are essential in the 21st century.
