Operations Mission Statement:
It is the mission of the Operations Department to support campuses and
departments by maintaining a safe environment conducive to learning and working.
To safeguard its property and resources. We believe the Rockwall Independent
School District’s (the District) staff must perceive themselves as being well
cared for and secure in their environment. It is only when this perception is
established that the District’s mission will be achieved. |

Overall Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the Operations Department to oversee the activities
of each of the Support Services Department. In addition the Operations
Department is responsible for the Records Retention Center,
Property/Casualty/Liability Insurance.
